Simple Labor Timer is designed as a local-first app. It does not require an account, does not run a backend service, does not include analytics, does not show ads, and does not sell subscriptions or in-app purchases.

Data Stored On Your Device

The app can store contraction timings, notes, care-team contact details, pregnancy profile settings, urgent warning events, app language, and theme settings on your device. This information is used only to provide the app's timer, history, rules, urgent-warning, and export features.

Data Sharing

Simple Labor Timer does not transmit your app data to us. If you choose to use the share or export features, your device may send the selected summary through the destination you choose, such as Messages, email, AirDrop, or another app. That sharing is controlled by you and by the destination app or service.

Third Parties

The app does not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or payment SDKs. Apple and Google may process store, install, crash, diagnostic, or platform data under their own policies when you download or use apps from their platforms.

Security

The app stores its local database with SQLCipher encryption and stores the database key in the device secure storage provided by the operating system. No local app can guarantee absolute security, so avoid recording anything you would not want stored on your device.
