Native intermediate production

Make a material once, stock it, and use that stock across finished products. Preserve actual yield, costs, input lots, and recipe history.

Available in Craftplan v0.7.5 and later. Recording and screenshots show the current interface.

Three steps

  1. Define the recipe. Add input materials, quantities and a standard yield.
  2. Plan the batch. Enter the amount to make. Review suggested lots; change or split them when needed.
  3. Record and stock. Enter actual output and usage, review the cost, then complete the batch. Stock changes only at completion.

Example: $4.40 of inputs yields 950 g of blend. A loaf uses 400 g and a roll uses 100 g, leaving 450 g. Raw ingredients are consumed once.

New recipe versions apply to future runs. Completed runs preserve their original recipe and inputs. Trace supplier lots forward to customers or finished batches back to their sources. Insufficient stock rejects the entire transaction.
